Water Project Exceeded Time for Completion

Water Project Update:  The contractor has exceeded the time for completion of contract number 1,  (Water Mains).  We are working with the contractor to prioritized restoration and pavement. 

We are also working with them to install meters, once we receive updated schedules from the company.  Contractors will be back in spring to complete the project.

    Well I hope the extra time is on their dime and not ours.

      They are being charged liquidated damages and engineering charges on their dime.

    Water meter installed - as of 10/29, no water in house. Problem? Called Mr. Gilbert and waiting to hear back. Sent the Mayor a private message on facebook, no response.
